The Mock HRSA approach is designed to mirror all aspects of the HRSA audit process, including the initial notification, welcome call, data request, onsite audit, and HRSA-style report. This approach will test your team’s readiness for a HRSA Audit.
Our Contract Pharmacy Audits are designed to meet HRSA’s annual independent audit expectation. This audit tests CE eligibility, accuracy of OPAIS registration, and policies and procedures, in addition to transactional testing. Detailed testing is performed using risk-based sampling methodology. This audit can be completed on site or remotely depending on your preference.
The Full Program Audit is our most robust audit offering and covers every detail of your program, including both compliance and optimization. This audit is designed to delve into every process, including split billing software setup, to identify both compliance issues and lost opportunities. This audit style is best suited to an on-site visit, but can be completed remotely as well.
Our Optimization service will analyze your current program to identify potential 340B savings gaps while maintaining compliance. This includes an examination of current and potential contract pharmacy relationships to determine financial viability. This is an included service in our Full Program Audit.
Our Program Implementation service is intended for covered entities who would like to begin participating in the 340B program. This includes writing policies and procedures, designing inventory management style, software selection, and ensuring appropriate registration on the OPAIS database. Our Program Implementation also includes a Mock HRSA audit after implementation to ensure all processes are working as designed.
