Jacqueline Bonny, CIA, CHIAP, 340B ACE

Jackie is a healthcare auditor with over twenty-five years of healthcare audit experience and has been working on 340B exclusively for the last twelve years. She has performed numerous 340B mixed use, entity-owned and contract pharmacies, as well as Mock HRSA audits.

She has experience with multiple covered entity types including University Hospitals, large systems comprising of multiple hospitals and entity types, disproportionate share hospitals, critical access hospitals, an ADAP, rural referral centers, sole community hospitals, Ryan White Clinics and federally qualified health centers.

She has experience with multiple split- billing software including Verity MacroHelix, Wellpartner, The Craneware Group (formerly Sentry), Pharmaforce, Hudson Headwaters, 340B Direct and bespoke systems, both in an auditing and program management capacity. She also has experience with a variety of electronic medical record systems including a working knowledge of EPIC In addition to performing audits, Jackie manages a 340B Program at a large DSH in conjunction with Dr. Mink.

Jackie has provided on-site and off-site support during HRSA audits and has been involved with the implementation of 340B programs. She has also assisted covered entities with program optimization, self-auditing process development, and general compliance guidance.

Jackie played an instrumental role in building and growing the 340B practice at one of the largest accounting and consulting firms in the US before moving on to open 340B Partners in 2019.

Jackie earned her BSc (Hons) from Keele University (UK). She worked as a Management Accountant in the UK and Europe and was a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant. In the US, Jackie is a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Healthcare Internal Audit Professional. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Association of Healthcare Internal Auditors. She is also an 340B Apexus Certified Expert (340B ACE). She attends 340B University and the 340b Coalition on an annual basis. We also say up to date with 340B changes and news through 340B Health and webinars held by various associations.
